Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Shaggy tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
